Starting from your model
A Rhino viewport capture of the massing from the camera you want: Shaded or Arctic display mode, no grid, axes or gumball, context geometry in a lighter grey, at least 1536 px wide, in the style's aspect ratio..
Describe the building, not the picture: its use, height, main materials and the one thing that makes it itself. The style supplies the camera and the light.
